Paste this URL as a Browser Source in OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, XSplit, vMix, Lightstream, PRISM Live Studio, or any software that supports browser sources (recommended size: 800×450).
Streaming Software Setup (OBS, Streamlabs, XSplit, etc.)
- Add a Browser Source in your streaming software (OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, XSplit, vMix, Lightstream, PRISM Live Studio, etc.).
- Paste your copied stream alerts URL.
- Set width to 800 and height to 450, then place it where alerts should appear.
- To hear the sound in OBS, turn on Control audio via OBS in the source settings and set the source to Monitor and Output in Advanced Audio Properties.
Frequently asked questions
Why are there no follow or donation alerts?
Twitch and Kick don't show new follows to a page that isn't logged in, and neither platform has donations of its own. The alerts only use what both platforms send to every viewer, so they work the same on both.
Does a sub alert show the months and the viewer's message?
Yes. When a viewer shares their resub in chat, on Twitch or on Kick, it gets an alert with the months and what they wrote. On Twitch every sub alert shows the months. Kick sends them with most subs, but some channels never get them, and then the alert just says they subscribed.
What happens when many alerts come in at once?
They show one at a time in the order they came in. A gift of 50 subs is a single alert, not 50.
Do I need to log in or connect my account?
No. The alerts read subs, gifts, Bits, Kicks and raids from your public Twitch and Kick chat, the way a logged-out viewer sees them.
