Senchabot Extensions

Changelog

New features and bug fixes in Senchabot Extensions, newest first. The list is put together from the project's commit history on GitHub (opens in a new tab).

September 2026

  1. Subathon Timer can now show your own icon instead of the heart — an emoji or one of your channel emotes — and it flies to the bar on every heal.

    Subathon Timer

  2. Stream Countdown now starts over from the top every time you switch back to its scene in OBS.

    Stream Countdown

  3. Stream Countdown mods can now stop the countdown and hide it with `!countdown cancel`. Any other command brings it back.

    Stream Countdown

  4. Sub Goal can now show your own icon: an emoji or one of your channel emotes instead of the star.

    Sub Goal

  5. Stream Countdown can now use your channel emotes as icons: pick one per scene from a visual picker of your channels’ subscriber emotes and own 7TV, BTTV and FFZ sets.

    Stream Countdown

  6. Sub Goal now names who filled it: when a single sub or gift completes the goal, the finisher's name lands on the trophy.

    Sub Goal

  7. Sub Goal can now hide itself once the goal is reached: pick Hide it under On Complete and set after how many minutes and seconds.

    Sub Goal

  8. Stream Countdown now has a separate custom icon for each scene (starting, break, ending), and the message at zero hides itself after 10 seconds by default — set it back to 0 to keep it up.

    Stream Countdown

  9. Stream Countdown can now hide the message at zero after a hold time you set, and show your own icon (an emoji or a few characters) instead of the scene icon.

    Stream Countdown

  10. Stream Countdown mods can now set the headline and note from chat: `!countdown break 5m Lunch | Back soon`, plus `!countdown title` and `!countdown note`. The scene command is now listed on the setup page too.

    Stream Countdown

  11. The site now also comes in Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Portuguese, and Chat Poll, Stream Alerts and the Subathon Timer rates can show their words in those languages too.

    Chat PollStream AlertsSubathon Timer

  12. Chat Box has a Text Shadow choice: None, Normal (as before) or Strong, a dark outline that keeps chat readable on bright games.

    Chat Box

  13. The Thin Bar on Subathon Timer and Sub Goal has bigger, outlined text that stays readable on any fill, a smaller glow, and room above the rates.

    Subathon TimerSub Goal

  14. Adjust rates by time on the Subathon Timer now starts at 5 hours with lower rates filled in: on Twitch 5 min a sub, 10 min a gift sub and 20 min per 500 Bits, on Kick 10 min each.

    Subathon Timer

  15. Added the `!countdown {scene} {duration}` chat command. Mods can now change the current scene (starting, break, or ending) and set its duration with a single command.

    Stream Countdown

  16. New widget: Socials. Rotate your social media links with a slick slide animation.

    Socials

  17. Subathon Timer and Sub Goal now have a Thin Bar style that embeds the title and time or count directly inside a slimmer progress bar.

    Subathon TimerSub Goal

  18. Subathon Timer now has adjustable rates: set a threshold to drop how much time a sub adds when the clock is already high.

    Subathon Timer

  19. Setup panels that are too long for the screen now show a small arrow at the bottom, so it is clear there are more settings below. Press it to jump down, and once you are at the end it turns around and takes you back to the top.

    Site

  20. Chat Box now has a font box for usernames and another for messages, and both stay open under a preset: keep the two fonts the preset came with, put its heading font on the messages too, or mix either with Inter, Roboto, Nunito, JetBrains Mono, Source Serif 4 or your system font. Bold usernames and bold messages also work now under presets whose font comes in a single weight, like Realm, Dynasty and Blocks.

    Chat Box

  21. Sub Sprout now keeps its plant through an OBS reload and carries it over to the next stream, instead of starting from the first stage every time. Mods can start it over with !grow reset.

    Sub Sprout

  22. New Stream Countdown: a clock for your starting soon, back soon and stream ending scenes. Set a length or the time of day you go live, pick a preset, and let your mods push it back from chat with !countdown.

    Stream Countdown

  23. The site now opens in your device's light or dark theme and keeps following it when that changes. Once you press the theme button in the header, your pick is remembered and the device stops changing it.

    Site

  24. New Stream Frames: ready-made frames for your camera, your chat and your whole stream screen. Every preset comes with its own art, like a pagoda roof and lanterns in Dynasty or pixel blocks in Blocks.

    Stream Frames

  25. Subathon Timer can now list what a sub, a gifted sub and 500 Bits or Kicks add, right on the timer, so viewers know what their sub is worth.

    Subathon Timer

  26. New presets: one look for Chat Box, Stream Alerts, Sub Goal, Subathon Timer, Chat Poll and the Raffle winner, with game presets for League of Legends, World of Warcraft, Metin2, Dota 2, Valorant, CS2 and Minecraft.

  27. New Chat Poll: put up a poll from chat with !poll, and viewers on Twitch and Kick vote by typing a number. Live bars, a timer, one vote per viewer and the winner at the end.

    Chat Poll

  28. New Sub Goal: a goal bar that every sub, resub and gifted sub on Twitch and Kick fills by one, with a trophy when you reach it. Mods can fix the count with !goal.

    Sub Goal

  29. New Stream Alerts: an animated alert with its own sound for every sub, gifted sub, Bits, Kicks and raid on Twitch and Kick. Pick a color, rename the headings and set minimum amounts.

    Stream Alerts

  30. New Subathon Timer: a countdown that subs, gifted subs, Bits and Kicks push back, shown as a health bar, a clock or a ring. You pick how much time each one adds, and mods control it with !subathon.

    Subathon Timer

  31. New Chat Reader: read your Twitch and Kick chat in a browser tab or an OBS dock. It reconnects on its own with a countdown, marks every drop in the chat and keeps your history through a refresh.

    Chat Box

  32. Chat Box, Emote Wall and OBS Bridge notice when the chat connection goes quiet after an internet drop and reconnect by themselves, right away once the internet is back. Before, this could take minutes or need a refresh.

  33. New guides, an FAQ page and this changelog.

    Site

  34. Every page has the same header and footer: the widget menu, language and theme pickers, and links to guides and support.

    Site

  35. Going to a URL that doesn't exist opens a 404 page with links to every widget.

    Site

  36. Site pages use Geist, the same font as senchabot.com. Overlay fonts stay the same.

    Site

  37. When you copy the Chat Box URL, the setup page shows the steps for adding it to OBS along with the recommended size.

    Chat Box

  38. You can clear the Minimum Sub Months field in Raffle while typing, so typing 6 no longer turns into 16.

    Raffle

  39. Raffle can't be started with an empty entry keyword anymore. Before, you could open a raffle nobody could enter.

    Raffle

  40. Minimum Sub Months only applies when Subscribers Only is on, and the broadcaster can enter their own raffle.

    Raffle

  41. The Sub Sprout setup preview keeps animating growth after you type a channel, so you see your chosen plant and effects right away.

    Sub Sprout

  42. The Sub Sprout preview area shows its intended slightly transparent background instead of solid black.

    Sub Sprout

  43. Emote Wall setup no longer writes wrong values into the URL when the Duration and Max. fields are left empty, and it doesn't create URLs without a channel.

    Emote Wall

  44. OBS Bridge sends the password even when the WebSocket URL is empty. Password-protected connections now work when OBS is on the same computer.

    OBS Bridge

  45. Chat Box can hide bots and commands starting with !, keep messages anywhere from 10 seconds to 5 minutes or forever, and lets you pick emote providers one by one.

    Chat Box

  46. Chat Box shows 7TV, BTTV and FFZ emotes in Twitch messages and 7TV emotes in Kick messages.

    Chat Box

  47. Sub Sprout grows with gifted subs on Kick, and every gifted sub counts as one stage.

    Sub Sprout

  48. OBS Bridge saves authorized users together with their platform. Someone who takes the same name on the other platform can't use commands anymore.

    OBS Bridge

  49. Chat Box and Emote Wall get 7TV emotes from the channel's own active set. Before, emotes from another account with a similar name could show up.

    Chat BoxEmote Wall

  50. Chat Box no longer crashes to an error screen on messages with an unusual color value.

    Chat Box

  51. OBS Bridge makes a single attempt every 5 seconds while OBS is closed or the password is wrong. Connection attempts no longer multiply.

    OBS Bridge

  52. Raffle doesn't count fake lines hidden inside subscription messages as entries, so nobody can use them to get around Subscribers Only.

    Raffle

  53. Text typed in chat can no longer wipe the Chat Box. A timeout or ban only removes that person's messages.

    Chat Box

  54. Chat Box highlights messages that tag you, replies, first-time chatters, announcements and Highlight My Message messages. You pick which ones are on during setup.

    Chat Box

  55. Pasting an existing widget URL into Chat Box setup restores all your settings.

    Chat Box

  56. The Chat Box setup page has a new layout that fits on one screen. Settings are grouped under Channel, Appearance and Messages.

    Chat Box

  57. The Twitch and Kick icons in Chat Box are the same size and line up with each other.

    Chat Box

  58. Chat Box can hide the platform indicator completely when the color stripe is enough on its own.

    Chat Box

  59. Chat Box gets a Smooth slide from right animation, and the setup preview gets a chat speed setting.

    Chat Box

  60. Chat Box animations get shorter as chat speeds up. The default Slide from right looks the same as before.

    Chat Box

  61. Chat Box gets a Typewriter animation. When a new message comes in, older messages slide over to make room instead of jumping.

    Chat Box

  62. Chat Box platform icons are bigger, and you can add a stripe in the platform's color to the left of each message.

    Chat Box

  63. Emote Wall gets a Bounce mode that bounces emotes off the edges, a hype-only mode and emote spam protection.

    Emote Wall

  64. Sub Sprout can show a stage label like 3/10 above the pot.

    Sub Sprout

  65. Emote Wall is here: emote-only Twitch and Kick messages fly across the screen in Calm or Chaos mode.

    Emote Wall

  66. Sub Sprout listens to a Twitch and a Kick channel together in one URL. Old channel and platform URLs keep working.

    Sub Sprout

  67. The Chat Box preview keeps playing sample chat after you type a channel, so you can see your settings without anyone chatting.

    Chat Box

  68. The site is available in Turkish and English, and you can switch between light and dark themes.

    Site

August 2026

  1. OBS Bridge gets a !scene command that switches to any scene with a matching name. You can also rename every command.

    OBS Bridge

  2. Raffle automatically ignores entries from known bots.

    Raffle

  3. Chat Box brightens username colors that are hard to read on a dark background, and message shadows are lighter.

    Chat Box

    Chat Box

  5. Sub Sprout gets rain and sparkle watering effects.

    Sub Sprout

  6. Chat Box gets a background box for each message and a bold username option. If the connection drops, it reconnects to chat on its own.
