Goal

A cheer adds its Bits and a gift its Kicks, one for one: 500 Bits add 500, and so do 500 Kicks. Subs and gifted subs add nothing here.

Bits & Kicks Goal Preview

Loading preview…
Try it:

Paste this URL as a Browser Source in OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, XSplit, vMix, Lightstream, PRISM Live Studio, or any software that supports browser sources (recommended size: 800×260).

A Bits and Kicks goal bar for Twitch and Kick. Every Bits cheer and every Kicks gift from both chats fills it by its amount, and when the goal is reached a trophy lands on the bar with the name of the viewer who got it there. Pick where the count starts and where the goal is, and your mods can fix the count from chat.

Chat Commands

You and your mods can fix the count from Twitch or Kick chat, for example to add Bits that came in while OBS was closed. The command is !bitsgoal, so a Sub Goal on !goal can run next to it.

!bitsgoal add 500
Adds Bits and Kicks to the count, 1 if you leave the number out
!bitsgoal remove 100
Takes Bits and Kicks off the count, 1 if you leave the number out
!bitsgoal set 2500
Sets the count
!bitsgoal reset
Goes back to the starting count

Streaming Software Setup (OBS, Streamlabs, XSplit, etc.)

  1. Add a Browser Source in your streaming software (OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, XSplit, vMix, Lightstream, PRISM Live Studio, etc.).
  2. Paste your copied Bits & Kicks goal URL.
  3. Set width to 800 and height to 260.
  4. If the count is ever off, you or a mod can fix it with !bitsgoal set in chat.

Frequently asked questions

What counts toward the goal?

Every Bits cheer in your Twitch chat and every Kicks gift on your Kick channel adds its amount, so a cheer of 500 Bits adds 500. Subs, gifted subs and raids add nothing here; the Sub Goal counts subs.

Why do Bits and Kicks count the same?

A Bit and a Kick are each worth roughly one US cent to the streamer, so the goal counts them one for one: 100 Bits and 100 Kicks both add 100. Viewers pay a little more when they buy them, and the exact payout depends on each platform's terms.

How do I reset the goal?

Type !bitsgoal reset in Twitch or Kick chat to go back to your starting count. You or a mod can also set any count with !bitsgoal set, and a new starting count in the URL starts the goal over.

Can I run a Sub Goal and a Bits & Kicks Goal together?

Yes. Add each as its own browser source. They keep separate counts, and each listens to its own command: !goal for the Sub Goal and !bitsgoal for this one, so fixing one never changes the other.
